This week, we are excited to be a part of Amazon's premier re:Invent conference in Las Vegas.  Besides having the opportunity to interact with people who are eager to learn about Amazon Web Services' technologies in person, we have a new breakthrough technology demo to share with all of our visitors.

I'd love to invite you to join us at The Quad inside the ARIA, booth #330 to check out our new customer experience solution that our team has created for re:Invent. This is by far our most ambitious project ever! In this technology demonstration, you'll witness how artificial intelligence, machine learning, and process automation can dramatically improve customer experience across a variety of vertical markets, not just financial services. The best part is that we have several partners building these types of real-world solutions today!

Preview the AWS Demo

Businesses that are not yet modernizing their digital operations, such as financial loan applications will find this demo useful, enjoyable and actionable. We are showcasing the power of AWS DeepLens (deep learning enabled video camera) together with Amazon Alexa (voice recognition) to facilitate meaningful customer interactions while using 53 other Amazon technologies to aid in facial recognition, sentiment analysis, and language translation.  The Alfresco Digital Business Platform serves as the backbone for the entire end-to-end process, automating the preparation and storage of application documents and ensuring that the right people, have the right information, at the right time to expedite case resolution.

We look forward to seeing you at The Quad inside the ARIA, booth #330! For those of you not attending re:Invent this year, we'd, love to speak with you too and show you our demo. Contact us directly to get in touch!
